We want you to love your new Gemstone Yoga Block! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

• Unused Condition: The Gemstone Yoga Block must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• No Damage: The block should not have any cracks, chips, or other signs of damage.
• Hygiene: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on used Gemstone Yoga Blocks.

Initiating a Return:

Contact Us: Please contact us to initiate a return.
Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: We will provide you with a unique RA number.
Package and Ship: Carefully package the Gemstone Yoga Block in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number on the return shipping label.

Shipping Costs:

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned Gemstone Yoga Block and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
